Remuneration
The remuneration for ordering the case is determined individually with the Customer and depends on the complexity of the case, the amount of work required and the expected duration of proceedings, in civil matters also on the value of the dispute. The basis for the determination of the remuneration for conducting the court case are the rates specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of 28 September 2002 on lawyer’s fees and the costs incurred by the State Treasury of unpaid legal aid granted ex officio (Journal of Laws of 2002, no. 163, item 1348, as amended). The remuneration may also be determined on the flat-rate basis, in the installment plan, on each action performed in the case.
